1 Who We Are

kingphp is an online gaming platform operating at kingphp.net, providing Filipino players with access to slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and other wagering activities. • Proof of payment method documents (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank account confirmation)

2.3 Financial & Transaction Data

Where kingphp relies on your consent as the legal basis for processing (primarily for marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your ability to use the Platform.

5 How We Use Your Personal Data

kingphp uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account Administration: Creating, maintaining, and securing your kingphp Player Account, including password resets and OTP-based authentication via your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Identity Verification: Conducting KYC checks to confirm your identity, verify your age (21+ requirement), and comply with PAGCOR monitoring guidelines and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended).
• Transaction Processing: Facilitating deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20.

6 Sharing Your Personal Data

kingphp does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share personal data with third parties only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:

6.1 Payment Processing Partners

Your financial transaction data is shared with the relevant payment service providers (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 gateway) to the extent necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal request. These providers are bound by their own data privacy obligations under Philippine law.

6.2 Identity Verification Providers

Where kingphp uses a third-party KYC service provider to assist with identity verification, your identification documents and biometric data (if applicable) will be processed by that provider acting as a Personal Information Processor on behalf of kingphp. Such providers are bound by data processing agreements that require them to handle your data exclusively for the purpose of KYC verification and in compliance with RA 10173.

7 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

8 Data Retention

kingphp retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised such that it can no longer be linked to any individual. Where deletion is not immediately practicable (e.g., data stored in backup systems), the data will be quarantined and not used for any operational purpose until deletion occurs at the next scheduled purge cycle.

9 Data Security

kingphp implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our security framework includes:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and kingphp servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocol, ensuring that your login credentials, payment details, and personal information cannot be intercepted.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data stored in our databases — including KYC documents and financial records — is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. kingphp employees and contractors are granted access only to the data categories required for their specific job function. All access is logged and subject to periodic review.
• Multi-Factor Authentication: Administrative access to data systems requires multi-factor authentication. Player accounts are protected by OTP-based verification via registered Philippine mobile numbers.
• Penetration Testing: kingphp conducts regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on its systems to identify and remediate security weaknesses before they can be exploited.
• Incident Response: kingphp maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected Players within the timeframes mandated by RA 10173.

10 Your Rights Under RA 10173

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by kingphp. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer at the details in Section 15.

11 Children's Privacy

kingphp strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21 years. This age restriction is mandated by applicable Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming activities and is enforced by kingphp as part of our PAGCOR monitoring obligations and responsible gaming commitments.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. All Player Accounts are subject to date-of-birth verification during the KYC process. If kingphp becomes aware that an account has been created by or a deposit made by an individual under 21 years of age, we will immediately:

• Suspend and close the account;
• Refund any deposits made (net of any withdrawals processed), in accordance with applicable regulations;

kingphp's primary data infrastructure is maintained in data centres servicing the Philippines region. However, certain service providers engaged by kingphp — including cloud infrastructure providers, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services — may process data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, kingphp ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Section 21 of RA 10173 and the NPC's rules on cross-border data flows. Such safeguards include:

• Binding contractual clauses (data processing agreements) that require the recipient to apply data protection standards at least equivalent to those under RA 10173;
• Transfer only to countries or territories whose data protection laws have been assessed as providing an adequate level of protection; and
• Implementation of technical security measures (encryption, pseudonymisation) to protect data during transit and at rest in the recipient jurisdiction.

13 Third-Party Links

The kingphp Platform may contain references to PAGCOR resources and responsible gaming information pages. kingphp is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before providing personal information to them.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal data collected and processed by kingphp through the kingphp.net Platform and its associated services. It does not apply to data collected by any third party, even if accessed via a reference or mention on the Platform.

14 Updates to This Privacy Policy

kingphp reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine laws and regulations, or NPC guidance. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will always be available at kingphp.net/privacy-policy.

When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy — that is, changes that significantly affect your rights or how we use your personal data — we will notify you by:

• Posting a prominent notice on the kingphp Platform upon your next login;
• Sending a notification to your registered email address or Philippine mobile number where required by RA 10173; and/or
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the kingphp Platform following publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, you should cease using the Platform and contact our Data Protection Officer to close your account and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

15 Contact Us & Data Protection Officer

kingphp has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance with Section 21(a) of Republic Act 10173 and the NPC's guidelines on DPO designation. The DPO is responsible for overseeing kingphp's data privacy compliance programme and serving as the primary point of contact for data subjects and the National Privacy Commission.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your data privacy concern, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC) at privacy.gov.ph.
