kingphp Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the kingphp website, mobile interface, and all related services accessible at kingphp.net.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the Platform and is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification on the Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the Philippine Peso-denominated balance associated with a Player's Account, used for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or incentive provided by kingphp to a Player under specific terms and wagering conditions.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, live dealer game, slot, bingo, sports betting market, or other wagering activity made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by kingphp to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and PAGCOR monitoring guidelines.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that monitors and regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the kingphp Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or redeeming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the kingphp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. kingphp will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via email or in-platform notification, but such notification is provided as a courtesy and does not alter the binding effect of the revised Terms upon publication.

These Terms are provided in the English language. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity for gaming purposes.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kingphp, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not under any court-ordered self-exclusion, voluntary self-exclusion, or regulatory exclusion from gambling activities in the Philippines or any other jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• Gambling is not illegal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.

kingphp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of kingphp services, you must register a Player Account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. kingphp employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kingphp reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must notify kingphp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. kingphp shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 Account Sharing

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with any third party — including family members — is prohibited. Any activity conducted through your Account will be considered your own, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, wagers, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

5 KYC Verification

kingphp is required under PAGCOR monitoring guidelines and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Player Accounts. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or at any time at kingphp's discretion.

Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-issued National ID
• Passport (Philippine or foreign)
• Driver's Licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

kingphp may additionally request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of the registered GCash account in your name).

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency

All transactions on kingphp are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). kingphp does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Where a Player deposits using USDT TRC20, the conversion rate applied will be the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction, as determined by kingphp's payment processing partner.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

kingphp currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq (deposit only), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the cashier screen at the time of the transaction.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and Coins.ph are typically credited to your Wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending bank's processing times. kingphp is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only, using the same payment method as the most recent deposit where practicable, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. kingphp aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

6.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

kingphp reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the associated KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) the account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements; or (d) a charge-back or reversal has been initiated on a previous deposit from the same account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kingphp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period. Unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it upon expiry.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

kingphp employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structured low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and the use of betting patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, kingphp reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending account.

7.3 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

kingphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account and actively being wagered.

8 Gaming Rules

Each game available on the kingphp Platform is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. General gaming provisions applicable across the Platform include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by live dealer action for live casino games. kingphp does not manipulate outcomes.
• Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the bet slip before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the hand, round, or spin in progress will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.
• kingphp reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or game that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect game configurations, or technical errors.
• Winnings from voided bets will be removed from the Player's Wallet. Where funds have already been withdrawn, kingphp reserves the right to offset the amount against future winnings or require repayment.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kingphp Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended) or any other applicable Philippine legislation.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract proprietary software from the Platform.
• Creating or using multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward kingphp staff or other Players.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 21 or by Players subject to self-exclusion orders.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kingphp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trade marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of kingphp or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any kingphp intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; use any kingphp trade mark or branding without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on Platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kingphp's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kingphp expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures, including delays by GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or any other integrated payment partner.
• Losses arising from events beyond kingphp's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kingphp's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

kingphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy of the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or account sharing in violation of Section 4.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment reversal from the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Request by the Player to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination for cause, kingphp reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet balance, including deposits and winnings, where the termination arises from a breach of these Terms. Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method.

13 Responsible Gaming

kingphp is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all kingphp marketing for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently.

Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited. 14 Privacy & Data Protection

kingphp processes your personal data in accordance with Republic Act 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the kingphp Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and your use of the Platform is used for the following purposes: account management; identity verification; fraud prevention; compliance with PAGCOR monitoring requirements and anti-money laundering obligations; provision of customer support; and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

kingphp does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated payment providers, identity verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law. Full details of data processing activities, retention periods, and your rights under RA 10173 are set out in the kingphp Privacy Policy.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and kingphp, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. kingphp will endeavour to respond to all dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.

16 Amendments to These Terms

kingphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — kingphp will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to registered Players or via a prominent in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. Closing your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
